1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AffiliScribe ("the Service"), operated by AffiliScribe ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AffiliScribe is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps affiliate marketers discover profitable products, generate SEO-optimized content, and publish articles to WordPress sites. The Service includes product analysis, content generation, niche discovery, internal linking tools, and WordPress publishing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Plan: Limited access with up to 3 articles per month. No credit card required.
• Starter Plan ($29/month): 25 articles/month, 2 WordPress sites, AI Product Discovery (5 scans/month).
• Pro Plan ($79/month): 150 articles/month, 10 WordPress sites, AI Product Discovery (20 scans/month), Content Pipeline.

Annual billing is available at a 25% discount. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal products/services
• Generate content that is defamatory, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service's AI models or algorithms
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms

7. Content Ownership & License

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. AffiliScribe does not claim ownership of articles, angles, or other content created using the platform. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, factually accurate, or free from errors.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, DataForSEO, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That generated content will rank on search engines
• Any specific level of revenue or traffic from using the Service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The accuracy of competition scores, keyword data, or AI analyses

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiliScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.
